Terms of Service

LedgerFlow Systems extracts data from invoices and receipts you upload, presents it for human verification, and delivers the records you approve to your configured destination.

AI extraction produces a first draft. You are responsible for reviewing and approving each record before it is used for accounting, tax or payment decisions.

You must provide accurate account details and keep your sign-in email secure. Workspace owners control who can access their documents and are responsible for their team's use of the service.

You must be authorised to upload the documents you process.

Each plan includes a monthly document allowance: Free 10, Starter 50, Growth 250. Implementation is scoped and priced after a workflow-mapping audit.

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are prorated.

Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the paid period, after which the workspace returns to the Free plan. Failed extractions do not consume your allowance.

Do not upload malware, attempt to bypass workspace access controls, resell the service without agreement, or use it to process documents you have no right to handle.

We may suspend a workspace that puts the platform or other customers at risk.

You keep ownership of your documents and extracted records. We process them only to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can export your records as CSV at any time.

The service is provided on an as-is basis without warranty of uninterrupted availability or perfect extraction accuracy.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
